Appeared very thorough , good attention to detail and a full report afterward.

The service provider did a great job with my requested inspection. I had to reschedule my appointment and he was very accommodating. He arrived early for the appointment. He was very responsive to all my questions and provided a very timely final report.

To well, lol, He found issues that the previous inspector completely missed. Very informative and detailed as to what needed to be done and why. This will save me from some embarrassing situations. Highly recommend.

Oscar showed up 10 minutes before the scheduled time and was very friendly.  He was a pleasure to work with.  He showed me everything he was looking at and explained what he was looking for on each item.  He did a very thorough job of inspecting the home from the roof top all the way to the foundation.  For the minor items he found he told us how to fix them ourselves if we chose to.  All in all it was a great pleasure to work with Oscar.  My wife and I were very pleased with his work and his professionalism.

Oscar did an excellent job with our home inspection. He was on time and very thorough. He walked us through the inspection and took the time to teach us the ins and outs of our future home. He took many photographs and explained the items he noted in each photograph. He checked all of our appliances, water pressure, electrical, and outlets. Our home is a brand new build but he managed to find several discrepancies that needed to be fixed. For an additional fee he conducted radon testing which provided the feedback for us to get radon mitigation installed. Oscar provided us with the full home inspection documentation within 24 hours and the radon documentation within 72 hours. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Excellent work!

We scheduled the home inspection at 830 am. I arrived at the home to be inspected at 815. Oscar was already there and preparing to inspect the roof. Oscar was very professional, but yet it felt like he was someone I had known for many years. He was very thorough in the the inspection. He took photos and kept a very detailed report of the inspection. I received the electronic form of the inspection that evening. I would HIGHLY recommend Oscar at Omega Home Inspections to ANYONE who is needing a home inspection! He was WONDERFUL!

Oscar arrived early, which was great.  He was courteous and professional the whole time he was there.  It's a big house, so he spent over three hours with me.  I accompanied him everywhere and he gave me great feedback on the house as we walked and talked.  He pointed out that an outside retaining wall was leaning (one that I never noticed) and that it was a concern over time.  He also found a double tapped wire in my power junction box.  He also evaluated my roof which I knew needed replacing, but I didn't know how bad it was.  He gave me confidence to buy the house with the knowledge I needed.  I will definitely recommend Oscar to anyone who wants expert advice in evaluating either a home that are considering purchasing or one that they currently own.

Oscar was on-time and very organized, polite, thorough and informative.  He was even kind enough to come back to check the plumbing at no additional cost as the city didn't want to turn on the water until we had the furnace fixed.  He was true to his word.  His report was thorough and completed quickly.  I would definitely recommend Omega for your Home Inspection needs.

Oscar was great. He was on time, answered all my questions, and explained things to me in a way I could understand. The seller of my future home that was inspected was being pushy about dates, and Oscar was able to work with them on getting a radon test started early so it could be finished on time. I'd certainly recommend them to anyone.

The inspection was very professionally done, and Oscar explained everything he was doing as he did it.  He also explained things that I should be watching for as a homeowner, and things to do to keep my new home well maintained.  Oscar was both professional and friendly.  His inspection report and homeowners booklet were both very professional and very helpful.  His military discount was greatly appreciated.  I highly recommend Oscar and Omega to anyone who needs a home inspection.

Our inspector was very friendly and very thorough. He explained everything he was inspecting about the house, showed us how to work appliances, explained future consequences of problems, and answered all of our questions sincerely. The first home I wanted to buy ended up having foundation and radon problems, which Omega's inspection alerted me to. When I hired them again to inspect another house I was hoping to buy, Oscar gave me a discount for the repeat business! Oscar was also highly accessible via email, which was quite helpful to me with my office job. Overall, Omega was wonderful to work with, and I feel much more confident that I won't experience any unexpected problems with my home purchase.

Exceptional service.  Oscar was already at the house when I arrived before the scheduled time of 1 PM.  The inspection took a littel over 3 hours.  Throughout the inspection he clearly explained what he was inspecting, what he was expecting to find, why the item would pass or fail the inspection standards, and the relative importance of the item (whether it was a concern or just needed a minor adjustment).  He also pointed out items that would require routine maintenance going forward and how that needed to be accomplished.  He provided the report early the next morning.  It was clear and concise.   The included pictures clearly showed what was inspected and the condition of the items pictured.  All of the pictures were complete and showed what was intended--none of them missed corners of the items or were distorted.  Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Oscar to anyone needing a home inspection.

Oscar was there early and completed a thorough inspection of the home.  During the inspection we were able to go room to room and ask questions about each appliance, feature and area.  Oscar was knowledgeable about the overall construction, maintenance and lifespan of each mechanical and structural component.  He showed us items that needed to be addressed immediately, but also things that looked good and(and why), as well as what would need just routine maintenance to stay in top shape over the years.

When Oscar called I told him I couldn't have the inspection done until 4pm. He was polite enough to come and inspect the house at 4PM. Oscar was careful and friendly during the whole inspection. 

We first met Oscar when he did the inspection for the buyers of our home.  He was very meticulous and patient about having us home during the inspection.  He even put a tarp down when going in the attic and took off his shoes when in the house.  We liked him so much we asked him to inspect our new house!  When we had to request a date change for the inspection he generously offered to do it on Sunday (which happened to be Mother's day) and didn't charge extra.  He gave us a discount for using him for both inspections.

This was supposed to be a normal home inspection in preparation to buy a house. But because it was a bank-owned house and had been sitting empty for a while, there were problems with the house and Oscar had to come out three times to make sure everything was fixed properly. There were problems with the water pipes, the sprinkler system, and the electricity that Oscar found. Each of these items had to be fixed by the bank's contractors before Oscar could give us a good inspection report for the loan company and we needed that before the bank would close on the purchase. Oscar helped us with this process and came out each time to reinspect the repairs and on some found that the work was not done properly and stayed with the job until it was complete. We bought the house and to get it ready for move-in was minimal.
