Horrible company!!!!! The office manager Brittanee is horrible to deal with and should be working somewhere where there is no interaction with human beings. AVOID!!!!!

All work performed as expected.

Everything went well until it was time to pay. Got charged for services that were no performed and had no option to not pay because apparently "its the way it goes"

Very well. Office staff was helpful and roofing installation team was fast and efficient. After a couple of weather delays, the job was performed and completed in one day.

Good. They came back on a Saturday to finish it up before a storm that was headed in that night.

Great built a crick. No further leaking through several storms. Front sales person was the best.

They removed the old roof, replaced it. They were professional and on time. They did an excellent job. There's been no leaks, no problems, it's been absolutely high quality all around. This is actually the 3rd roof they have put on for us. The previous was at a different home, and it was done with the same quality and workmanship as the current job.

Unfortunately the experience has been very positive.  The insulation work was replaced as agreed upon however some damage to the interior ceiling did occur.  The replacement of the roof began on October 11 but was not completed due to insufficient shingles and Ridge cap material.  Limited work was done on some unfinished areas shortly thereafter but not completed even though some additional shingles were delivered to the property.  Was notified that the ridge cap material was not available until Nov 19 but that the gutter work would be done on Nov 15.  No further follow-up was made regarding the status of the material and no work done to date on the gutters.  Further inquiries to the company have got no results and after nearly 2 months the work remains unfinished.  I selected Old World based on considerable research and reviews but now feel those reviews may not truly reflect the character of the company, quality of work, or commitment to customer service.

They were excellent! They have great customer service. They do not pressure you and they take their time. Good service from the front office to the back end and their salesperson. I have recommend them to others.

I called for an estimate on what it would take to add vents to my roof. I had Old World put the roof on last summer, so like I promised in my last review, I called them for this. They were busy due to all the recent hail damage, but still were able to come and put the vents in faster than I expected. As always, they are a pleasure to work with.

This was an amazing experience!  Bob Niehoff was the estimator and "clerk of the works" for the job described above.  Bob is a retired military officer who demands perfection.  He never seemed rushed, tolerated and happily responded to all my questions, realizing I had done my own "homework" on Owen Corning"s web site plus consulted with my nephew in another state who had owned his own roofing company prior to retirement.  Bob had the customer's interest at heart.  He timed his schedule to be here when the insurance adjuster arrived.  When it came to selecting the color of the shingles, he not only provided samples but researched the company's files and went with me so I could see completed installations.  When the shingles were delivered, Bob was on the scene to be sure all the materials were as ordered.

On the day the work was scheduled to begin, the crew arrived on time.  Ladders went up, and several men scrambled across the roof.  Each knew his particular assignment and all together they worked in perfect harmony.  At the end of each day, debris was picked up and removed with special care given to clearing the driveway of any nails.  The following morning the crew appeared "on deck" on schedule.

The only mishap occurred when the wrong flashings were installed in the valleys.  As soon as Bob arrived, he proceeded to correct the mistake by ordering the flashing removed and replaced by the appropriate material.  Bob Niehoff's knowledge, professionalism and congeniality personified what one might expect from a company named Old World Roofing--old world hospitality and perfection.

Actually they were recommended by my Realtor and the person whom I bought the house from.  Unfortunately at that time I was deployed.  However the roof has been good.  It has worked out well. They were responsive, easy to work with, and I really liked working with them.  I was very happy with the roof.  Professionally, I liked the girl at the office with whom I talked to.  If I needed some additional roofing done I will use them again.

Outstanding company to deal with. Originally told by other companies that the lightweight tile was unavailable. Tracked down the manufacturer, who referred us to Old World Construction. Estimator, Carl Bruce, tile specialist, came to give us an inspection and estimate, which we accepted. The business has a long history, many references, licensed and insured. The company has many awards, including the BBB Customer Service Excellence Award. Mr. Bruce, VP of the company, did the work himself, in the blazing heat of August. At all times, the workplace was cleaned up and the house made watertight overnight. The company motto, "Where Pride Resides", is absolutely true. We could not have asked for a more professional job. Based on our experience, we would highly recommend this company, even beyond the scope of roofing.
