Octopus Window Cleaning

Adam was great to work with.  Of course this is our first time using a window cleaner, we've always done it ourselves.  It was really nice to have someone else do that job for us this year.  He finished the job before us and called to see if he could come earlier instead of just showing up.  He called the day before to confirm the appt.  At this point we are very pleased with the service we received.

Adam did an extraordinary job. He was professioanl and punctual. He worked steady for almost 4 hours straight. The glass was sparkling. It was as if there were no windows at all. It was amazing! My family and I could hardly pull our eyes away from the transformation. I had been unable to remove all the soap scum from the shower doors, and when he finished, they looked like new. I would highly recommend him to everyone.

We use Adam's company for indoor and outside cleaning of our windows. He arrives on time and does a great job. He noticed a crack in one of our upstairs window casings shortly after we moved in. We contacted the builder and had the window replaced. He also noticed a gas smell near our meter as he was cleaning the garage window. I was able to call the gas company and get the meter replaced. He definitely looks out for his clients/customers.

The windows are so clean it's as though they aren't there! Fantastic. I cleaned the windows (those I could reach) myself last year and try as I would, I couldn't get them shiny clean. And it's scary climbing around on ladders. Adam did a wonderful job. He even got on the roof to clean the sun room skylight windows. He took down the sun room shades so they wouldn't get stained - and put them back very carefully. The storm door is a challenge because of the iron grill, but Adam got that clean too.

Adam did a fantastic Job on all of the windows in our house (and there were alot of them. Some really high, some really low! When we decided to put our house on the market, we had an opportunity have an open house sooner than we expected. We had already made an appointment to have our windows cleaned later in May, but now we needed to see if Adam would come to the house sooner and perform the service. Fortunately for us he was able to do that and he did a fantastic job. Great professionalism, courtesy and value! We'll definitely hire him again soon!

After thoroughly vacuuming the inside of the window channels and cleaning the screans, Adam leaves our windows spotless and sparkling inside and out! This is the third time we have used Octopus Window Cleaning to get after our windows. Adam is always punctual, extremely polite and very careful working around our furniture and belongings while working inside. Even our dog *loves* Adam!
