custom furniture
 + -1 moreIt's now two months, no bar stools, no cabinet. We went back in a few days ago, and the guy in the store said he was sure the cabinet was in....someplace. Oh he said it must be at the warehouse, which is actually pretty close to where we live. So he said he'd check their on Monday and deliver it. It's Tuesday, no file cabinet, still no bar stools with backs. It would we nice if they had informed us right away when the wrong bar stools came in, they did not. It would have been nice if they had a clue of where any or all our product was...ordered? in warehouse? Assembled? On this planet? I guess, if you find something on their showroom floor you like, and just buy it and take it home that day, this store would work for you, but heaven help you if you have to back order something. It's like dealing with Moe, Larry and Curley.
Description of Work: We ordered 4 bar stools with backs and a three drawer file cabinet the end of June. They said it would take 3 to 4 weeks to get new ones in. When 6 weeks went by with NO notice from them, we stopped by the store. Their filing system must not be very good. We did see 4 bar stools in the store, but they had NO backs on them, you guessed it, the wrong stools came in but they never ordered the correct ones and had no idea of what happened to our file cabinet. They ordered new bar stools for us.

 + 0 moreI visited the store and spoke with the owner. I provided my measurements and explained what I needed. He drew up the plans and built my piece of furniture perfectly to my specifications. Great Job!
Description of Work: I designed a television/dresser armoire for my guest room. The Oak Place built the piece of furniture in alder wood from my custom plans, to my specific measurements and to my stain color. The piece is the perfect finishing touch to my guest room.
