O'Briens Carpet One Floor & Home

The hardest part of the entire project was choosing which pattern of flooring I wanted to go with. Nancy was great with directing me towards which brands are better than others; the pricing was very competitive with other bids I received. The installers were very professional, worked quickly, and worked hard to solve a couple of issues that came up. The finished project looks FANTASTIC!

After shopping around at numerous flooring stores, we wandered into O'Brien's Carpet One on a Saturday. The salesperson was very helpful, and informed us of the multiple sales that were going on, including a Karastan sale. The sale meant that we could get a much better quality carpet within our budget. To top it off, the installation folks were incredibly meticulous and professional. They moved all the furniture, tore out the old carpet, installed new (including stairs), and put everything back. They left us all the remnants, and made bound rugs out of a couple of them for us. We are delighted with the product and with the service that we got from O'Brien's. We will definitely shop there first the next time we need flooring.

About two years ago, O'Brien's installed carpet in my house in Colorado Springs; that carpet now needs restricted.  I have been attempting to have that done, but despite 6 calls, they've ignored my requests.  I last spoke with someone Wednesday and was promised a call back yesterday, but received none.  I've made calls again today and reached no one.
It seems that they do not stand behind their work.

Daniel installed the carpet and did the best job of any carpet installation we've ever had.  I highly recommend O'Brien's for price and service.

Our experience with O'Briens Carpet one turned out to be a great one after all. We will definitely use them again for all of our flooring needs because of the professional way they handled a problem. On 2/18/15 we ordered an area rug that was to be made and bound. Our sales associate, Dan'elle Sanger was wonderful. We had made several trips to the store before we placed our order. Dan'elle was always there with a smile, ready to help us anyway she could. She was so knowledgeable and helpful. We enjoyed working with her so much. We look forward to working with her in the future. On 4/23/15 we picked up our rug. When we got home and unrolled the rug we noticed a defect. I immediately called Dan'elle and explained to her what we found and sent her email photos. She made several phone calls and was able to settle this problem to our satisfaction very quickly. I was so impressed with how O'Briens seemed to want us to be satisfied. This was our first purchase from O'Briens Carpet One, but it won't be our last. I love to do business with companies that do what ever they can to make the customer happy.

We had to make a quick turn-around to accomodate new renters, I phoned Katie ahead of coming in to the store to give her a basic idea of what we wanted.  I arrived at the store after my normal work hours to find Katie had already laid out samples of what we had talked about and all the paperwork pre-arranged.  I picked out the carpet and pad, signed the paperwork and was out of the store in about 15 minutes!  She worked out the time I needed for installation and everything went without a hitch.  The estimator and installers all arrived on time, were extremely courteous and professional and finished before we expected!  How refreshing not to worry about one of the major hassles in turning a rental over.  Thank you O'Briens!

The sales staff at the North Academy store are just super.  We received personal care from the sales staff and the women that helped my wife and I select our carpet was so pleasant to work with.  She came to our home and took measurements to ensure the purchase was correct, and then made sure that the installers were available to come install the carpet on a Saturday morning with just 2 days notice. 
She went above and beyond what I expected and I think her willingness to help us made our decision easy.  We could have easily gone to one of the cheaper competitors across town, but the service with O'Briens Carpet One Flooring made all the difference for us.  Thanks.
