I first called around Colorado Springs everywhere trying to help my daughter replace her windshield. Im in Illinois and it made it a little difficult until I talked with Bill from Novus Glass. First of all, no one I called in Colorado Springs at the glass places would even answer the phones but Bill from Novus glass. He had the most wonderful customer service I had experienced in a long time and made me feel very comfortable knowing how far away my daughter is. Good customer service is exactly what I was looking for and I received from Bill for sure...I would definantly use them again...He was wonderful and the windshield work was awesome as my daughter would say.

They were fantastic. It was my first visit. They were very professional and they did a great job. Even though their schedule was completely booked, they still squeezed me in because I had to have it get done very quickly. They squeezed me in and got it done and I just really appreciated that. They were awesome.

Confused as to why you would wait 4 years to tell us about any problems you had with our employees or their work quality, and then and give us negative feedback, with no opportunity to correct any problems that might have occurred at the time we replaced your windshield. If there is anything we can do at this time to make it right with you, please let us know, as we take a great deal of pride in every job that we do."

We have used them more than once, they replaced a windshield and that was good, but the cracks on mine were not filled in good, you can see the area where he repaired it.

"I am sorry that you are dissatisfied with the quality of our repair. Sometimes we run into situations where damaged windshields have been contaminated by rain repellents from car washes, or oils and other chemicals have been introduced into the cracked area, creating an environment where our resins do not bond properly, and causing the repair to be more visible than we'd like. However, please note that we offer a lifetime warranty on our repairs, and if the repair should ever fail, we will either refund the money that you paid or apply the cost to a new windshield."

Bill arrived and asked for me at work. I pointed out the car and the chip. He took about 15 monutes to repair the chip.Then he let me inspect my (now clean) repaired windshield. I didn't have to miss any work and was done in very good time.

Dwayne was an hour early. He was given the job the same day and was able to have my window on hand. All of the other companies said they would have to charge extra to come out to my house or they did not have the window on hand. He had the glass cleaned up and the window installed in one hour. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant. They also gave the total cost without add ons and had the lowest price of the companies I contacted. I will recommend this company to all my friends.

When I called for an estimate they were courteous and helpful. There was no pressure to schedule the work immediately and the estimate was for the full amount (as opposed to an amount plus tax and an unspecified disposal fee, which I got from another highly rated glass shop). Bill called me early in the day to see if I had a garage since it was snowing and to offer their workplace if I did not. I chose to have the work done in my garage. Bill arrived at my house early and waited for me to get home. He and Tom were professional, personable, and efficient. When the work was complete, Bill went over everything with me in detail. I have had no problems with the new windshield. I was very happy with the service provided and will call them next time I need any glass work done. I highly recommend NOVUS Glass of Colorado Springs.

I called Bill about 10 AM and scheduled an appointment at 4 PM the same day. Bill arrived at my home several minutes early, actually beating me. He spent one hour polishing Toyota headlights. He also polished one headlight on my Ford truck to match the other headlight which had been replaced due to collision damage. Even though the truck headlight looked much better, he did not charge for the restoration because the match did not meet his standards.
