For the first part of this job, Nick was communicative and showed up when he said he was going to. He did quality work installing a 3 -way switch. At this appointment, he gave me a quote for installing a video doorbell. I eventually made an appointment for him to come back and install the doorbell. The day before the appointment, I texted him to verify he was still coming. No response. On the day of the appointment, I called him and left a voicemail when he didn?t show up for the appointment. No response either. No call, no show so I had to find another pro to do this. Unprofessional to not show up or cancel the job if he?s not interested in doing the job. He was very personable on the job he did do for me. If you book him, be prepared for a possible no call, no show and have alternate options ready.

Project: Generator power inlet box and interlock kit installed. Nick and I discussed the project in detail, his training and certifications and prior work experience. Very knowledgeable about his craft, comfortable answering questions and explaining things. Upon completion, walked through and demonstrated generator startup, inlet box connection and interlock operation. Completely satisfied.

NB Electric was so great. They helped me make decisions, and were very knowledgeable. They even fixed something that had been done incorrectly! I could not have been happier with all the work that was done. Such a relief to have kind people on the job here who cared about the quality of their work.
