Myles discovered extensive damage to structural beams in the wall. He also discovered damage to bathroom flooring that the insurance adjusters had missed, which we of course called to their attention. He arrived on time and stayed late in order to get the job done on schedule, even where he was delayed due to a conflict of schedules due to a tennant. He discovered a leak in the kitchen plumbing which had not been found prior to the work being done. At all times he was professional in his dealings with us and with the tennants. If he is available we will have him do future remodeling of other bathrooms and kitchens in the building. He does things right.
Description of Work: Replaced drywall and wooden beams in bathroom wall and in kitchen wall. Applied texture to get the drywall paint-ready. Supervised installation of new shower enclosure, installed plumbing fixtures and light fixture in bathroom. Installed linoleum flooring in 2 bathrooms. Replaced flooring in one bathroom. Installed vanity and new plumbing fixtures in bathroom.

+ -1 moreMyles and his assistant, Mike, did a great job with putting our kitchen back together following a broken pipe that flooded our home. He was subcontracted by the restoration company that handled the demolition. Myles is a true professional. Prompt, friendly, and dedicated to doing things the right way. Myles was also willing to work with our schedules as needed. We are very pleased with his suggestions and work - we would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.
Description of Work: Insurance related rebuild in kitchen including drywall, paint, custom kitchen cabinet repair, and custom kickpanel rebuild. In addition, Myles did some separate work for us ($475) to include installation and repair of new baseboards with transitions between floor heights throughout the main level and 3 bathrooms, and a disassemble/reinstallation of a glass shower following a tile job.

Fantastic work, virtually invisible. Great attitude, extreamly professional. He will be my first call.
Description of Work: I had water damage in my finished basement due to a busted pipe. Donie came replaced damaged drywall, perfectly matched the paint, trim and texture to my undamaged walls. In addition he also pulled the now dry carpet back in place seamlessly. Truthfully you cannot tell there was ever any damage to the walls and carpet.
