In 1977, I purchased a Viking sewing machine from Mr. Myers, the father and grandfather of the store's current owners. Recently, I took that machine in to be repaired and ended up buying a Baby Lock sewing/embroidery machine! The customer service from Tim and his son Nick Myers is unparalleled; they work with you on affordability, and are completely honest. I was provided with a free, very thorough and detailed lesson on my machine and feel comfortable going to them with any questions in the future.

Fine.  I was approached from a worker that was nice, informative etc.  I asked if there were any discounts for military, or coupons?  I was told no.   I thought it was pricey.  I was not contacted for almost 6 weeks by email it was ready.  I thought that was a long time  Then I found a COUPON, wow (I thought they didn't have any out there).  I believe the staff should inform customers when one asks for discounts , that they are out there if you are able to locate them in the valu pack, etc.

My Elna serger seized up in the middle of a critical sewing project. I took my serger in on a Saturday at 10 am and it was fixed by 2 pm the same day. It needed a lot of work because it had not been serviced in awhile. This was incredible service that saved me in the midst of a huge project that I had to get done that day. I would highly recommend this company.

Very satisfied with results. However, it took MUCH longer than initially advised, several weeks longer. Also seemed all staff not sure of what was being done; were supposed to call hen finished, no one ever called. When went to the store, several times, could not find the machine or new carrying case. Machine works like a dream again, though, that is most important to me. Everyone was always very friendly.

I called them and they said to just bring my sewing machine in to be looked at. It was easy because I have a portable machine. They looked at it right away. They said it needed a new foot pedal. They had a refurbished one in stock. It worked just fine, and I left with my machine. Very nice company.

First, I took it to Ruth's Stitchery. They set it aside for the repairman. He called me and said it wouldn't be worth fixing because if he got and quot;in thereand quot; there could be parts broken etc. I got the impression that he never really looked into it, but just gave an opinion, for which I had to pay a Bench Fee of $25 - which I had not been told in advance about.
So I took it to Myers. I actually conferred with the owner who knew about fixing machines. We both agreed that the machine was good, but old, and there was no telling what could be wrong. So we made a deal: They would look into it and they would either let me know if it was too expensive to fix and I would pay nothing OR they would be able to repair it and I would pay $200. Either way I felt that I came out a winner. They did fix it! - in only a few days. And I didn't have to pay thousands on a new machine plus cabinet. I will recommend them and use them again if I need to.

Staff greeted me at the door. They carried my two machines into the store. I was promptly helped to register my machines for the needed service and given an expected and quot;pick up dateand quot;. The machines were ready ahead of the scheduled time given to me and I was notified by a phone call. I would say that these folks know the definition of the word customer service!

very well machine works better than when I purchased the machine. Was disappointed about the amount of time it took. They didn't inform me when I called and asked about the service that they are so buzzy that they have a 2 week time to service machine. they also didn't inform me that they only had brother machines and that I need to bring my own embroidery hoops so they could check that. When they called o tell me the machine was ready they did tell me to bring in a hoop then so when I picked up the machine they took it out an tested It right then

Took sewing machine in for tension adjustment. Someone always meets me at the door or outside to help me with carrying my machine. Repair was to perfection. People who work there are always friendly and kind. My questions are always answered and are willing to help you out in any way.

tI went in to have my sewing machine checked out and possible serviced. It was making metal noises and knotting the thread, so that I could sew nothing. They looked over while I was there, deduced that I wasn't threading it properly. They showed me how to do it and recommended better thread. A lot of the regular thread companies are making inferior thread these days. Old thread will likely do the same. They noticed I was missing a small part and found one to replace it. I took my machine back with me and it works great. They are very personable and helpful. They also offer classes.
