Thorough, professional, knowledgeable. Did a superior job installing the system to protect our house. We had an old-old system that had been mangled by roofers and a building contractor during a major exterior renovation. They assessed the damage (it was a MESS) and gave us an honest appraisal of the situation. We had been hit by lightning 3 times before we installed the old system and it was 25 years old. So, we knew we needed a new system that would provide the best coverage possible with the most current technology and certified installers. They removed the old system - and then did an excellent job of providing 100% coverage for the house with a state of the technology system. There are a lot of factors to consider - more than you would imagine - number of 'peaks' on your home - proper grounding away from the house - cabling materials...and more. Provided us with a certificate of inspection by the Lightning Protection Institute, which I think is the national certification board for lightning protection. Kept their work area around the house neat and orderly. Highly recommend this company.

They were outstanding from beginning to end. Their estimate was correct with no modifications. They showed up on time and left the work-space cleaner than when they began. They informed us of any changes as they happened and followed up to make sure everything was correct.
