One of our garage doors was not working after I opened it to go to work, I could not get it to close. It was making a noise but wasn't doing anything. I had tried to reach out to other garage door repair places but no luck. I reached out to Mountain Fox and they were able to get me in the next day which was fantastic. We had to have the gear/shaft replaced and Will was able to do it on the spot. He also check the hinges, cables, etc on all 3 of our doors. He was exceptional! We would definitely use them again. My old opener quit working. The technician came out and diagnosed the problem (no charge). I purchased a unit he recommended from a home improvement store and he installed it the next day.
