It went just great. We would recommend MJC Heating, and have done so already.

I got 3 bids and Mike was substantially lower than the other two. The other two were local full service and well established local firms. The second bid was about $200 lower than the first, but Mike was even $300 lower than that. I had some concern but after meeting and talking with Mike, found that he normally worked commercial jobs for new homes. There is very little work in that area now due to the depressed housing market which enables Mike to offer very professional service for a substantially discounted price. I recommend him without reservation. Get him now while he is doing residential work, as I would guess, as soon as the local new building business improves I would guess he will have limited availability for residential jobs.
