They're still not on time. I'm not happy with them. They don't call you when they're already late. The last time they were supposed to clean my surfaces and they didn't. They're supposed to be here today but they're not yet here. They need to take their time when they're cleaning. They're here for 2 hours of cleaning services. I think they're a little bit overly priced. They send different people every time we have an appointment.

Overall, the experience has been very good. I would like the crew to be more consistent; they send out different people to clean my home. However, I think that’s just the nature of the business. The people that they’ve sent have been excellent, dependable, and do a wonderful job.  We intend to continue with their service.

I wish I had this website before setting up. The consolation went well and seemed to address my concerns. However when the cleaners actually got done, they hadn't covered half of the requested cleaning. By the time I noticed we were a day form moving in. I will give them kudos as they were willing to come back that day to finish. Unfortunately, I had to white glove everything thing they "re-cleaned" and they still missed stuff that was originally expected. Will not use again.

They were only here for an hour and a half.  They stole from me.  I had 2 rings sitting out and they were gone after the cleaning was completed. 

When the sales person came over, they said a "team" would come by. However, when my husband came home one time while "they" where there, there was only one person. House was clean, but not sparkeling. It seemed they did the minimum necessary to get the work done.
