I should have adhered to the old adage, you get what you pay for. During the walkthrough, I specified I wanted blinds and windows cleaned especially well, together with bathroom and kitchen. The contractor wdid a walk through, so nothing should have been a surprise. The blinds were not done well, as spotty dust. I do not believe the windows were done at all. They sent one girl who was nice , but not up to the task. Would not use this company again.

We had to terminate our use of this company, as they were unable to provide consistent service or crews. various items were missed on many visits, and although they were responsive with followup visits to fix this, it was more hassle than the work warranted.

I paid about $250 for a one time deep clean of my house. A woman came over to check the house and she wrote down everything I wanted done (windows, baseboards ect...). The cleaning ladies came over on the date of the cleaning and spent about 2 hours in my home, doing a bare minimum job. It was not at all the deep clean I was hoping for. Before they left, I had to request they vacuumed my carpet and make my beds (both of which I paid for). They left many things undone including light fixtures, windows, baseboards, furniture dusting, and a few more items. After they left, I had to go through and finish the job myself, including re-mopping the floors which were still dirty.

They do a great job and deep clean a room every time.
