We test drove several M Class SUVs and then ordered one to our spec's. The salesman was very personable and helpful. However, there seemed to be some confusion after the order was placed with the specific options we asked for. Seems their processes for identifying and keeping track of customer desires could be improved. We have about another month to wait before picking up our new SUV.
