He called me even though I had not selected him as one I wanted a quote from. He matched the quote of another company I had used and been very happy with. He did OK for the most part but I think he was running late at the end because the last set of stairs down to my lowest level were damp but you could still see the dirty traffic pattern on the stairs. Also, he had only done the center of an area rug at the front door. I felt the area rug and was able to get him to go over it again before he left but had not noticed the stairs until after he left. When I called him today to tell him about the stairs, he said he would return my money for the stairs instead of coming out and fixing the problem. I don't know of any carpet cleaning company that will come out to clean just 7 stairs so that means they have to remain dirty until the next time I need carpets cleaned, I am furious!!! WILL NEVER USE MAXIMUM SOLUTIONS AGAIN!!!! and I will always pay with a credit card because he ran right to the bank and cashed my check !!

Michael at Maximum Solutions is a good carpet cleaner, and a good guy. We have utilized his services on several occasions, and I would definitely use them again. The man knows how to get it done right, and is flexible and easy to work with.

 I had recently moved out of a rental condo and had some very bad pet stains on the carpet. My landlord was going to charge me to replace the entire house full of carpet!!
