Fireplace Service
$235
AWFUL!!! We now have appx. $15,000 in soot damage in our home!! We found out Mario is NOT licensed to do this work. He was guessing at the cause and got it wrong. He was totally unfamiliar with our fireplace and how it operated. And the latest technician that came out said he has never seen things in a fireplace the way they were on our fireplace. The "new" chimney cap was "crimped on" to the chimney piping because it was too big for it. Creating another "draw" issue. The seal needs to be tight. We have had to make a claim to our insurance company the soot damage to our home and on top of it, our fireplace is still not working, and has more problems thanks to this situation.
