We chose this company because the owner told us they were bonded and that they never had any complaints filed/logged against them. On the day of the move, there was supposed to be '4' movers. Two showed up 30 mins. late, however we were charged from the time they had scheduled. Mario, owner, showed up 1 1/2 later and we had to paid for his time to rent a second truck. The forth person never showed up and after 2 hours Mario called in a replaced who proved to be totally worthless. While the other two moved in boxes, the forth one would carry a small box and spend time texting on his phone. We had labeled all boxes with a colored tape and the matching color was taped to the room they were to be placed in. The forth man "Ron" could not follow the color-coding, and twice brought boxes up stairs when they belonged on the main level. Unfortunately, he carried in our china. My wife was upstairs when he brought in the 'second' load of boxes which I heard my wife previous tell him that 'blue tape' was the china and went in the dinning room. He yelled at her and roughly went down seven steps, bouncing the boxes on the dolly which led to the breaking of four of our dinner plates. My wife contacted Mario and told him of the breakage, he said he would replace them as he witnessed the encounter between Ron and her, which he apoligized as did the other two men. As they moved out the boxes from the old location, we were complimented on hold well they were packed and organized. After we unpacked, we found the broken china and called Mario. We gave him the website where replaced dinner plates could be ordered, a total of $60.00. Mario did not order the replacements and two weeks later he called to tell me that his men told him my wife was drunk. I assured him my wife was not as we do not even drink. He came up with many other reason that it was our fault the dishes were broken and said it was my wife?s fault that he had to fire Ron. Again he said he would replace them, and again he did not. He states he is a Jack of All Trades, I strongly disagree. We found a wedge broken out of one file cabinet, our china hutch damaged, two gouges in the walls, the carpet filthy and the freezer off balance. This company wants a quick buck and has no expericence in anything that it claims. We deeply regret hiring Mariojackofalltrades. He is unprofessional and frankly a liar.
