Maid Peachy Clean

Literally, the worst experience I have ever had with ANY company. The employee that cleaned was very kind but the owner is defensive and rude. I called her on Thursday to let her know what happened at the home. No answer, I left a message. Friday by 12, no call. I called her. No answer. I then called from another number, surprise she answered on the first ring. I told her who I was. I asked if she received my messages, she then laughed and said, "It's Friday, this is my busiest day." I asked her why she was telling me that. She then hung up on me. I was confused as to why she did that being that there was no hostility on my end. I called her back...no answer. I then called from a coworkers phone...yet again, she answered on the first ring. I told her my name again and then she said she was busy and would call me back when she was done. I called a couple more times, leaving voicemails. I never received 1 call back from her. I was in the process of moving. The only one thing they did on the home was vacuum. I took pictures of the entire home and had the owner come to see it as well. We were both shocked and took more pictures. I tried for 2 weeks to get some kind of resolution. Nothing. She refused to contact me. I then filed a complaint with the BBB to get a resolution. I contacted her again today only to be once again disappointed. She had no clue as to who I was until I explained to her in detail with my address...It made me wonder how many complaints she must receive. She was defensive and condescending. She started laughing then said that she received my complaint from the BBB and would respond in that way. I told her I filed that because it has been over 2 weeks and she will not respond to me. She laughed again stating that she was hanging up and then hung up. There are so many cleaning companies in town and I am only making potential prospects aware. Ask for real references and find a good company that has consistent good REAL reviews.
