I took my MacBook in prepared to pay a service fee for recovery of some very important computer files. While I was there, I was hoping to have an old broken "C" key reparied or replaced. The technician took care of both issues quickly, was happy to do so, and then happily told me there would be no charge for his services. He said if they can resolve a client's issue in a reasonably short amount of time, they prefer not to charge for their services! This was so refreshing!!! I will be going to them with any issue I have with any one of my Apple products in the future.
