We just wish that had been up front with us and not say whatever it took to get a sale.  We would have gone with another company even though their price was higher had we known there was no way they could deliver what they were promising.

I used them once a week. It's a good service otherwise I will go to Home Dept. The price was good. They give me a military discount.

The paint was just as advertised. However, they encourage the gallon when we could probably have done with a quart.

They did a great job putting the windows in and I like the people, everything was pretty much fine except for the fact that they crack the window and they also installed one window came to the wrong type of glass, it's been several months but they didn't repair that so I have contacted them several times. As soon as they fix that, I wouldn't have any problems with Lowe s. They are very punctual but they haven't finish the job.

It worked that well. They are only a couple of miles from the house and I use them to get things that I'm looking for in a hardware or tools. They are really good.

Overall, I was satisfied with the service.

It was pretty standard and didn't have anything go wrong. There was no problem at all. Their price looked pretty compatible when I was shopping around.

Their customer service is pretty good. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

I purchase my remodeling supplies from Lowes. My interaction with them has been good. They are a little more expensive, but the quality of their product is good.

Had tile installed in all bathroom floors. Major issue not with Lowes but the people they had do the installation. The installers came and installed the tile on the day it was scheduled and in a timely manner, no problems there. The next day we noticed the tile around the 2 upstairs toilets was wet, and the ceiling below those bathrooms was also wet. We contacted Lowes the next morning, a Saturday. We were told the installer would call us next week. I explained to them that was not acceptable as we have a family of four with no working toilets because we had to shut off the water to all of them. Lowes put a call into the installer, but called us back and said they would reimburse us for the cost of a plumber to come out and fix the toilets ( we did not hear back from the installer until Wednesday of the following week). We had someone come out that day and he reset all the toilets, the installer had not put a wax ring/spacer large enough to compensate for the floor being higher because of the tile, on every toilet they had pulled out was this way. That seems like it would be pretty basic if you are doing tile floor installation on a regular basis. The ceiling below still had a couple huge water stains on it and about 2 weeks later the popcorn ceiling started come down. I once again called Lowes and was told they would have the installer contact me to get this fixed. Ater a week of not hearing from the installer I called Lowes again. Once again they said they would reimburse me for getting the ceilings fixed, so I'm ok with that at this point. I felt Lowes handled the situation fine, but would not use them again for anything that required installation.

Very well. The two men who did the measuring and later the installing were excellent and knew their jobs well!!!

It went very well, and I am pleased with the fans and the installation.

I used a contractor through Lowes, and Lowes guaranteed the work. I was very happy with them.

This is subcontracted to a company called Action. The installer did a great job overall, but left the bottom of the door unfinished and the threshold only half supported. I called Lowe's who came right out and looked at it, agreed it should be fixed. The installer came out as promised and finished it off beautifully.
