LoCOl Paint

Until very recently, we have always painted our own homes, both inside and out. We were a bit tentative about having someone else do the work as weather extremes along the front range in Colorado Springs require careful painting and a good seal. However, with a sizable house (5700 sft) and a steep walk-out basement grade requiring a longer extension ladder than we own, we finally gave in. LoCOl Paint easily won the three bids to paint the exterior of our stucco house. We couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience, from the very reasonable price and project management to the quality and detailed care of the preparation and painting work. Every interaction with every LoCOl employee was professional, courteous, and enjoyable, which seems unusual these days. We heartily recommend this company. My husband and I were in desperate search of a contractor who could help us with our exterior issues...paint..trim & siding. Our job was a big one with the amount of rotting trim, siding & peeling paint without breaking our bank. We were on a very strict budget. I found LoCOL Paint on the internet and placed an inquiry. Molly would call to ensure I had no questions or concerns and when I did she always corrected any issues. She was also super friendly, courteous & very professional. Our painters were absolutely amazing & did a job that was amazing considering what they were up against with the condition of the home. They made my house look beautiful and near new!!
