Although the price is low, about $12 a month, and they claim to suspend the service if you request suspension prior to the 3rd of the month, they seem to end up with "no record" of your request to suspend. If you don't check your credit card bill closely, you will be charged for extra months. The speed is very slow, but that is to be expected with dial up. The poor service and billing are the real issue. The agent I spoke with just kept repeating "This is a valid charge and you have to pay it. I can't remove this charge as it is a valid charge. I can not cancel your service until your bill is paid". The fact that I was going to cancel my service was totally unimportant to her. I wish I had checked them on the internet prior to dealing with them. Everyone seems to have the same problems. If you are desperate for internet access, don't intend to put the service on suspension at all, and don't mind the very slow speed, maybe it would be tolerable. I will look for some other solution to accessing the internet, even if it means driving to the nearest library and using their free high speed access. I won't deal with this company again.
