Bad experience. I have been trying to get medical supplies from them and have used them in the past for over 10 years. I found that when going to get prescription supplies, that my account had been deactivated with them causing me not to get my medical supplies / prescriptions. My doctor had faxed the prescriptions to them three times starting in June 2015, again in July of 2015 and again August 2015. Then I went personally and handed them the prescription to the manager ED on October 1, 2015, I finally got a call yesterday and they had no idea of what supplies were that I needed. Today as of October 23, 2015 I still do not have my medical supplies. I feel extremely frustrated, I feel like I have been mistreated and this is the worst customer service that I depend on for my health in life. I don't like the fact that I am forced to use them by my Medical Insurance Company.

They were very responsive and people oriented. If we ever had a question or a problem, they were always good about coming out and demonstrating and answering all of questions. We really enjoyed having their service.

It was fine. We mainly interacted with the drivers. When we needed to reschedule because of the procedures or issues we are having they were very prompt in coming the next day. They make sure that we won't run out of the oxygen.
