I have been going their for 7 years already, and their service has always been good, their pricing was a little bit high, but their professionalism and responsiveness has always been good.

It went very good. They took care of it quickly and to my satisfaction.

I have been going there sine 2008.

It was good.

First visit, where I purchased the 3-pack of synthetic oil changes, was great. However, the second visit, I was told I needed things done to my vehicle that were not necessary. On top of that, I was made to wait over 2 hours. For an oil change? No offer of shuttle service to get me anywhere. While waiting, spoke with another woman who had been waiting for her vehicle for at least 4 hours. No offer of shuttle service for her either. Not happy with the service department here. I will not be returning, as I was told my last oil change would be honored by Larry H Miller downtown.

I have a 1994 4Runner that costs me a bundle. After a head gasket replacement, used rear end, used transmission, remanufactured engine, and new starter this and quot;bargainand quot; vehicle was anything but. So when the check engine light came on I decided to take it to the dealer. While I have purchased 6 new vehicles from Liberty over the years, this is the first used vehicle I have taken there for service. And while service rates are pricey, I trust that the dealer properly diagnosed everything wrong with the vehicle and warranties their work. At any rate, they are straight up with their estimates; both on cost and time. And their professional attitude is refreshing.

Very efficient service dept. Communicated well throughout the day as to what did, and what DID NOT NEED REPAIR! We went in thinking we needed one repair, only to find out the problem could be fixed by a cheaper repair. A dishonest shop could have charged for the more expensive repair and we would not have been the wiser. Kudos for honesty and integrity!
On a side note, upon arrival, they brought me coffee while I waited for my car to be processed. Loved it!!

Great service, felt they were honest, explained what had been done poorly at another vendor and why their work needed to be redone. Got me and paid for a rental car. Great communication from George Elliott, service advisor.

I think the price is reasonable. I like them great and have been with them over 40 years. I have bought numerous cars from them. They have good professional mechanics and people. When you take a car in it is does right. They are credible.

Would I recommend Liberty Toyota? ABSOULUTELY NOT!!! I say
this with great sadness because my husband and I had been going to Liberty with
our car service and sales for years.
Let me explain; our young adult son impulsively felt his
truck needed to be replaced. But without a job this was an irrational wish. Get
a job then update your car, in that order. To our surprise, we saw a picture of
him in a brand new Scion on Facebook. It must be his girlfriends; after all, he
doesn’t have a job. It wasn’t long before we discovered that you can buy a car
without a job at Liberty Toyota. How? Ask Sales Consultant Alfred L. Purser Jr.,
his manager and the bank. He sold our
son a $30,000 Scion with detailing, extended warranty and something else that
can be deciphered if you know how to read Egyptian hieroglyphics. All you have
to do is trade in your $8000 car. You will remain unemployed, your car with
become repossessed and you will lose your $8000 deposit. Was this stupid of our
son? OF COURSE IT WAS. I’m not proud to say it but our son’s an idiot and
responsible for it. The question is, was it ethical. We are like many Colorado
Springs residents retired military and I say to those of you go to Denver to
buy your Toyota or Scion.

All the technicians are very professional and responsive to me. I bought my toyota there over 5 years ago and they are the only ones to service it. I really appreciate their honesty and punctuality in getting the work done.

Liberty toyota personnel are very nice and attentive, but that is the only positive thing I can say. I own a 8 year old Toyota Sienna and in the past year and a half they have found MANY things wrong with my vehicle. I trusted them for about the first year to know what was going on with my car, but things that THEY had already fixed or done to the vehicle kept popping up. For example: I bought new tires from THEM, less than a year ago and on my last tire rotation they suggested I consider new tires soon. I pointed out that I got new tires less than 20 miles ago and they backpedaled and said that on second look they looked fine. They also suggested a power steering flush and new timing belt, all of which was done by THEM last year!! Yes, they are nice, but Liberty Toyota is out to get your money and charge frivolous add-ons to your bill. Beware the service department is only out to "find things" wrong with your vehicle. I won't be going back!!! Sad since I'm in the market soon for a new Sienna.
