Process took two days less than four weeks.
Sanding was done with rented sanders. Inferior sanding and finishing quality. Sanding marks and waves. Stain not evenly applied. Debris embedded in polyurethane due to lack of cleaning before application. Finish rough and uneven.
Asked for a partial refund. Owner took NO responsibility and would not even come back to view his job or to look at pictures.
Had three hardwood specialists give me estimates to rectify the botched job. All were is awe of the quality of the job. one said, "The sand job on this home is possibly the worst I have ever seen. There are edger digs in places where the edger should have not even been used. There are drum marks though out the floor and the finish is rough though out."
Te job was beautifully redone by another company. It took only three days, and was $400 less than the money paid to Landmark.
