See above note. This is a work in progress, but very much wanting and needing it to work out. Will provide an update after I see how June goes.
Continued to communicate with Jeff and about a month after writing the initial review things did improve. Jeff is very nice but do wonder if he has a lot of other commitments to things as sometimes he is hard to reach but normally by the next day we have connected. The guys that came in did a great job for me the rest of the season last year.
I am using them again for this season as overall I am quite happy with them. Jeff is very honest and understanding when issues arise.
