I purchased a used Lexus GX 470 from a third party and had the car checked out by Kuni Lexus in Denver. The only items they found wrong was the tires were bad and it needed an alignment. I got the vehicle home and noticed that the air suspension was somewhat stiff and bumpy at high speeds.  I took it to the Kuni Lexus dealership in Colorado Springs and they said I needed new air springs so I paid them over $1100 to fix the ride. I got it back and the ride was still poor at high speeds. I brought  it back and they said that the sensors needed to be adjusted and that one of the shocks was not even reading any signal from the sensors in the front. Now I'm wondering if the problem was misdiagnosed from the start. The ride is a little better after they ajusted the senors and don't think the air springs were the problem. I complained to the Kuni dealer in Denver that they missed the problem at the time of purchase and I wanted my money back. They only have me back half my my $200 I paid for the initial inspection. Bottom line, they never discovered the real problem until I sunk over $1100 in to the vehicle and the Denver Kuni dealer did a poor job looking over the vehicle before I purchased it and the Colorado Springs dealership failed to fix the problem initial.
Also, after owning the vehicle about two weeks I notice a squeek in the drive bell(fan belt). I had the Colorado Springs Kuni dealership review the squeak and said it would be $350 or so to replace the belt. I went home and discovered the belt looked brand new. I wanted to fix the squeek so I took it to the Toyota dearship as I did not believe Kuni that the squeak was from a bad belt. Turns out the fan belt was fine and the alternator was bad. Also Kuni had replaced my break fluid. The Toyota mechanic said he doubts it was done due to the color of the fluid.
Bottom line is these guys don't do a good job diagnosing probems and I don't trust them.

Kuni Lexus of Colorado Springs was expensive, but they were good and that's my experience, they did fine. They were very customer oriented, they do everything, they wash the car, etc.
