 + -1 moreKT pointed out that the punctures in my ceiling were expected due to the vaulted ceiling and the structure of the house, and told me how to patch them up myself to save money. He also took a look around the whole house and assured me that everything looked structurally sound. For my roof issues, he directed me where to find info about the roofing company. He was very helpful and trustworthy...I will call him first when I need any work on my home.
Description of Work: I had some punctures appear in my ceiling and I was worried there might be some structural issue, and I also had some gaps in my roof identified by my home inspector that I needed filled.
