 + 0 moreKT Construction was recommended to me by the store I purchased my tile at. When I called I spoke to Ramiro, the owner of the company. He found time to come give me an estimate a few days after I called and spoke to him. His estimate was at the lower end of what I had been receiving from about 4 other contractors and his had the most included in it such as demo and the fixture installation. He was also well composed and answered all my questions fully. After I made my decision he was able to start the work a few days later after he finished another install he was working on. He picked up the tile from where I purchased it and completed the work very quickly. He was prompt every morning and worked until he could stop at major stages. Since this was a few months ago I don't remember the exact timing of what was completed each day, but the whole job was completed very quickly. Everything came out looking fantastic and above my expectations. He cleaned up l and left no mess inside or outside my house. He was always respectful and kept me updated at each stage in the process, and also explained where he was when I looked in to check on him. At the end I was very impressed and would use him again.
Description of Work: Removed old tile from 3x3 foot square shower. Removed old fixtures and valve in wall. Installed concrete backboard behind all tile and installed my provided new valve and fixtures. Install new tile in floor pan, on shower lip, and on the wall from floor to ceiling with different patterns of tile at different levels.

 + 0 moreHe has a good choice. He has a good eye for color. He is very flexible to work with and trust worthy. I felt like I was okay giving him the key of my house so that he can take care of things.
Description of Work: I used KT Construction LLC to finish kitchen remodeling. They also did a pool table room and a bedroom done. His specialty is tiles, but he works with several other contractors, so he helped me with the entire drywall, tile work, cabinetwork, and counter tops. I can purchase materials from them so that I can save time buying them. They gave me a discount with the subcontractors. The work started in October and ended in December 2009.
