It seemed everything went well until the building inspectors came and said there was new hail damage which is impossible because there has been no hail between the time of install and inspection. Roofer insists there was hail. We also got the best shingle so IF we got any ha it should not have damaged what they say. I definitely will not use this company again even if my insurance recommends again. Cannot upload any pictures as I am unable to go on roof due to medical condition.

I emailed three roofing contractors from each of their websites, all of whom had straight A ratings on Angie's List. Jeff replied the same day and came out and gave me an estimate the next day. I still haven't heard from the other two roofers. Within 10 days I had a new class 4 roof which will save me 26% on my home owners insurance. The extra cost of the class 4 shingles will be made up in less than 3 years. Jeff and the installation crew were on time and very professional. Jeff and I went onto the roof together before and after. What a great job. The old roof was removed and the new one put on in one day. Clean up was great. Hard to tell anyone had been there. Jeff does not hard sell, just explains his process, techniques and materials and asks you to compare with your other bids. Since I never heard back from the other roofers and the estimate was under what I expected and the materials were of the highest quality I went with Jeff and am so happy I did. I highly recommend Jeff as a contractor since he does more than just roofing.

Klaus Roofing in my opinion is definitely one of the best in town. They walked me through the entire claims process making it much easier and bearable. They met with my insurance adjuster to ensure nothing i was entitled to was left out. My new roof looks great. Jeff went above and beyond what i expected and addressed all my concerns. Jeff Klaus was at my house within a day of the storm to ensure there were no immediate issues that needed to be sealed, and returned a week later to assess the damage with the insurance inspector, and identified deficiencies in installation from a different installer that the insurance company had paid for a roof several years earlier. Jeff was able to obtain materials despite a local shortage, and had my roof replaced ahead of most of my neighbors. The quality of work, and integration with the gutter installer was flawless and the end product is better than what it replaced. As a true industry professional, Jeff also provided references for a general contractor and painter who provided quality services at reasonable prices. I have referred Klaus Roofing to friends who also had damage, and Jeff and his crew took care of them equally as well, and worked with their insurance companies to get damages covered.

Professional service that was courteous and knowledgeable. I was kept informed from start to finish with regular updates on potential delays. Contract details and work permits were accurate and complete without last minute changes. Once the work was started, it was completed the same day. The area was cleaned with all debris and loose nails picked up around the roof and in the surrounding yard. A final inspection was completed in daylight. An excellent company who I would not hesitate to work with again and recommend to anyone needing a new or replacement roof.

Jeff Klaus was right on the money from the start. He explained the process, materials, his licenses, credentials,EVERYTHING in detail. He kept us informed on the timeline and when to expect our roof to be done. His assistant Reuben was awesome too. His crew arrived on time and stayed until the job was done. The next day a guy came out and replaced our gutters. He was also excellent. Our roof passed the building inspection a couple days later. Jeff came to our house for the second half of the payment. What a NICE guy !! My husband and I hated to say goodbye to him. We would definitely recommend Klaus Roofing.

Very Satisfied with them. Roof was installed without problems, roofers showed up on time and finish the same day. They prep the house by covering the grounds around the house to collect debris; they moved my furniture and other belongings away from the house to prevent damage; and when finished the house was clean and free of damages. Overall, they did a great job and my roof was completed 40 days earlier from the estimated replacement date (November 18).

I chose Klaus Roofing because a family member referred them to me. I had a great experience. The time frame was a total of 1 week from the first time I spoke with Jeff to when my roof was installed and completed! Jeff really took the time to go through every detail with me regarding what was to be completed, which I really appreciated. The team that was sent to install the roof was quick and thorough! I was promptly provided with all documentation. It was just an excellent experience all the way around! I would highly recommend Klaus Roofing to anyone.

I saw his sign posted in my neighborhood and contacted him. When Jeff had completed the inspection he had informed me that I would need a new roof I had hail damage and missing shingles. He listened to all my concerns. I contacted my insurance company the next day and made an appointment for them to come out to look at my roof. Jeff came back out and walked with my insurance adjuster. My insurance adjuster agreed with Jeff in that I needed my roof replaced. Jeff obtained all the necessary paperwork and later completed my roof within two days.

Initially I was very apprehensive about the whole process, dealing with insurance and all the horror stories I have heard about roofing contractors. But Klaus alleviated all of my worries from the beginning by assuring me the process would be smooth and efficient. He stood up to all that he said he would and inside of two weeks from when I filed my initial claim, I had a new roof. They
showed up when they said they would and did what they said they would on time. They did a super clean job and picked up all of the debris associated with the process and left my yard as clean as when they showed up.
I would recommend Klaus roofing to anyone and truly enjoyed working with Jeff.
