+ -1 moreKory was FANTASTIC. He came as scheduled and finished it in a timely manner. I highly recommend Kory for any project he states he can do. You'll apprecaite having selected Kory!
Description of Work: The ceilings over both our front and back porches began to open at the seams, in other words the nails/screws popped. Our contractor had installed strips to puIl the ceiling flat. OVer time I got to dislike this look. I called Kory Keith, who had done outstanding work on my previous home to evaluate the problem. Together we agreed that the strips needed to be removed and that support 2x4s be installed along the sides of the truses where needed to better secure the ceiling material using screws or nails along the seams. Then the seams would be caulked, sanded and painted.
