 + -1 moreI called and spoke to Ray to schedule a day and time for him to come to my house and discuss cleaning my house. We scheduled for Friday, April 27th at 11:00 AM. An hour before he was to be here he called and said that he could not make it and if he could come out on Monday morning. I said that would be fine and we scheduled for Monday at 8:30 AM. By 9:15 that morning when he still hadn't arrived I started to call the number I found on Angie's list and the message stated that either the phone was turned off or the person was out of range. Ray never showed up nor did he call to apologize or explain. I found this to be extremely rude, unreliable, and unprofessional.
Description of Work: There were no services performed.

Description of Work: I have been having Kelly and Ray come to clean my house for quite some time now. I have used the services of a couple of other housekeepers before, but am so happy, fortunate, and pleased that Kelly and Ray keep my house sparkling every time they come. They are very thorough, very punctual, very detail-oriented, and more than willing to go the extra mile . They now have a key to my home and I can call whenever I need their help. I know when they're finished, they have met and exceeded all of my expectations!!! I would HIGHLY recommend Kelly and Ray for your next house cleaning!!!
