Karl Martin Masonry Finishing is a family-owned and operated business who has been serving the Pikes Peak Region and The Front Range Area for over 20 years! We do large and small jobs, residential and commercial, always paying attention to detail. Restorations are also one of our specialties. Historic buildings can be cleaned and preserved, without ruining the historic value. We have completed many projects for the Historic Society here in Colorado. Sandblasting, Pressure Washing, Hand Grinding / Sanding, Washing By Hand. Whatever it takes to get the best finish without damaging the surface. That's what we do. Weather Sealing is another one of our specialties. That helps to preserve the finished product. My name is Karl Martin: I started this company years ago, as I went from building masonry walls to; cleaning and finishing the walls for architect final inspections. I was an artist and a sculptor before that, so I have always paid attention to detail. I started working for one masonry company and soon I was doing all the finish work for all the main masonry companies in the Pikes Peak Region. They knew they could rely on quality work to get their final inspections. I have learned a lot over the years and and can turn some of the worst looking buildings and projects into quality finished work! We also have years of experience in sandblasting signs in stone, wood and glass. We have experience refinishing log cabins by sandblasting and resealing with quality UV protective coatings.
