JUST SPRINKLERS

The person from whom I purchased the house told me that there were 6 months remaining on the annual sprinkler service she had purchased and that David, the owner of Just Sprinklers, agreed to honor it. Having moved from humid Maryland, I didn't have experience with sprinkler systems so, I called and requested an overview of the system. I left 2 messages before David called me back. We set up an appointment and he didn't show up. I happened to be home one day and he just stopped by. He said, he was driving by and saw my garage open which reminded him that he needed to stop. He was helpful, taught me about the system and even replaced a defective sprinkler head, no charge. He closed by telling me he's not very good with phone calls so, continue to call him until we connect!! Fast forward several months and it is time to winterize the system. I left him 4 messages before I finally caught him. I was heading out of town, expecting to be gone until November 1st so, I urgently needed to get the system drained and taken care of. He agreed to come by between 6-6:30 am the morning of my flight. It is now 7:00 and he is not here. So, now I have to try to take care of this from afar at the last minute. Virtually impossible to get by phone, then Incredibly unreliable!
