Just Right Heating and Cooling

Install failed inspection of several items including gas leak, It took until 11/13/13 for Just Right Heating and Cooling (JRHC) to repair gas leak. JRHC stated that he would call for re-inspection. I never heard from regional building to get it re-inspected. 1/29/14 contacted JRHC fro re-inspection, he said he'd and quot;call regional.and quot; That did not happen. 5/1/14 I contacted JRHC again about inspection and a noise the unit makes when AC is on. I received no response. Throughout the month of May I tried repeatedly to contact JRHC via phone, text and email to get resolution on inspection and AC problem and got no response. I even offered to pay for a service call. Finally on 5/29/14 I received a text from JRHC stating that he'd been sick and that he'd come out the following week. I expressed my concern for him and tried to set up an appointment. That never happened as i received no further response from JRHC. Eventually, I hired another company to look into the noisy AC and have set up for the inspection to take place later this week. I understand if someone is sick and feel that i've been patient time after time. I attempted to get resolution from 1/29/14 until now 6/15/14. It is that lack of response and contact that I feel is not acceptable. This was the second unit I had installed by JRHC. The first unit had a problem but JRHC promptly took care of that. That was over 5 years ago.

They were very good. They listened to us. They installed the unit exactly where we wanted it. Two individuals came out to do the work. The work was delayed slightly because there was dirt in the air conditioning unit. It was a mechanical problem, not an issue with the company. They finished in 3-4 days. Currently, everything is working great! They were the lowest priced company we got an estimate with. We are suprised with how quiet the unit operates.

Everything was on time and works great. I have used him before to install my water heater at my home and work. Everything went well.

They are very responsive. I can call him or send an email to him. He is on it. It is like he has his phone with him all the time. He also was willing to do it in phases because we were having a cash flow issue. He was willing to do some of it now and then guarantee his price for phase 2.
