About us
For many years I was a General Contractor and Remodeling Contractor in Northeast Oklahoma, specializing in Home Improvement. A big portion of our business was doing Siding Replacement projects, but we also did Commercial work and Complete Interior Renovations. Our focus was to do everything in excellence to the best of our ability, and we had I very high percentage of happy customers. We moved to Colorado Springs, CO in 2018 and flipped several houses. More recently, we have again started, doing handyman work and smaller project contracting. We provide a wealth of experience, quality materials, tools, and workmanship on every project. We will listen to understand your needs and expectations, regarding your project. Then we will work to effectively communicate and deliver in those areas, during the progression of the project, in the area of customer satisfaction. "Randy, I am sorry to hear you were disappointed with our efforts to do your project in excellence. Actually the quality of finished product was above average and looked good. I will admit that we did have a problem with special order vent matching the color of the shutters. I have ordered many shutters from my supplier but never a custom vent to go in your brick gable like that one. I was told by my supplier that we could get it to match in that burgundy color you wanted the shutters in. However, after I was told that, when we went to order it, I was told that apparently the supplier had a mis-communication with the manufacturer and it would not be available in that color and that the information I was given was wrong. The only option to match the color would be to field paint it. Yes, I realize that this was a huge disappointment and I apologize for that, but I was honest with you, to the best of my ability, based upon the information that I was given all along the way by my supplier. You also complained in our initial meeting, that my competitor, that I know pretty well and is known for very mediocre work had given you a hard pressure sales approach to sign with them the night before for a $2000 discount. We use don't hard pressure sales tactics and we never have. I do know that the quality of our work is superior to that competitor across the board, but I am not making an issue out of that, I am just saying that you complained about them and their sales tactics too. Lastly on the schedule we had to work around some weather issues, and while sometimes, we are able to get in and get out fast on a project. On your project the scheduling was not seamless, due to some things that we had to work around. Furthermore, we are committed to not tear up a customer's yard, when we have unexpected weather issues, and we want the customers yard to dry out completely and be in a good condition for the work we need to do, so we don't destroy a customer's landscaping.
