Jeff is an extremely considerate, competent, personable, efficient plumber, who took every imaginable precaution to make sure that the job went flawlessly, cleanly. I highly recommend him.

I personally was not present at the installation, but my mother was, and was very impressed and pleased with the professionalism and courtesy shown to her while they were here. All her questions were answered and she was very happy with the service.

Excellent. Not only did Jeff fix the pipes, cap and remove extraneous piping going to unused sections of the house, but he also fixed a leak in one of the waste pipes that was dripping. This extra attention to other small problems with the house is typical of the way he works - doing more than just the bare minimum. He also came in $200 below the estimate I had already agreed too, which reflects honesty in his business practices - something you just don't see much these days - a credit to his character.

Job 1: He was available when I need him. He also called on the morning of the appt. to confirm & let me on his way. He came out & looked over the system as I had asked, & made some suggestions. He replaced a very bad situation of copper compression fitted piping w/a modern, flexible plastic piping called 'PEX'. I plan on having him back. I would highly recommend Jeff as a skilled & competent plumber. Job 2: I live in a house with a crawl space, & no basement - I knew this job would be a challenge. Jeff finished the entire job in just over 3 days, installed brand new stainless steel shut off & braided lines on EVERY fixture, & hauled away all of the mess. We were never w/out water service over this period, as he replaced it in sections. His work was outstanding, & came in under the quote. He adjusted the bill down to the actual ending cost - something quite unexpected! I plan on calling Jeff for any future plumbing jobs, & would highly recommend him to anyone.
