It was a very positive experience and I would definitely call them again. Mike and Jake were great.
I set up a time and date with Mike and then had to change it at the last minute; that was no problem for Mike. Mike called the morning we were to move to confirm we were still on. They showed up at the store early with their pickup truck, and since it was raining were willing to wait around for the shower to end.
When we got the couch to the house, Mike and Jake had to move some furniture around before getting the new couch in. They had to planned on moving some furniture. but again it was no problem - they were very willing to do what was needed.
After finishing with the furniture I asked Mike for an estimate to get rid of a huge lawn fountain. We agreed on a price and Mike and Jake hauled it away at that time.
