Always treated me fairly. They are also dependable for other car maintenance.

Service was completed as promised and price was as quoted. Staff is very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Service was performed at their 3805 N. Academy Blvd, Colorado Springs location.

They do everything for me and I trust them. The mechanics there are good and it would have cost me double if I went to other dealer. Their customer service is wonderful and I have recommended them to other people.

A few weeks before they had installed an oxygen sensor, new brakes all around and cleaned the fuel injector. When the check engine light came back on, they got it in right away, ran diagnostics and decided we should wait to see if the issue presented again before replacing an expensive part. These guys are great diagnosticians. I have taken symptoms to them on another occasion and they were able to find an obscure cause, like a broken bolt on the alternator. I am very pleased with this company.

For the most part, I use the North Academy location, but have had work performed at the E Pikes Peak location as well. I have been very satisfied with the quality of the work and the integrity of their service. The folks there are friendly and professional. I really appreciate the fact that the employees are not afraid to tell you that a recommendation they've made is an optional repair. There was even an instance when they recommended that I not have a minor engine leak repaired because of the risk that replacing only the faulty gasket could create even bigger problems (leaks) elsewhere within the engine. (I'd like to be clear there was no safety issue involved in their recommendation.) It's my opinion that these people are not there to up sell you whenever they can. They are truly interested in helping you maintain a safe and sound vehicle.

They are very nice and they take care of my car! My husband use to go there and with me not knowing much about cars I started going there and my car is in their hands.

As always, this was an exceptional example of John Senter's customer care. My alternator went out several miles from their north location. I was able to nurse my Escape into a parking lot and get a ride to John Senter's from a friend.
They got a replacement battery, and drove to the vehicle installed the battery and brought my car to the shop. All this on Friday 7/1 before the long 4th of July weekend.
They shuttled me to my home while they diagnosed the issues, worked up a price and called me for approval...all within an hour. They repaired the problems(battery and alternator), shuttled me back to their shop and had me back in my vehicle very quickly.
John Senter isn't the cheapest mechanic you can find in town, but their work is excellent, their customer care is outstanding, and their integrity is above reproach.
I have had many excellent experiences over the 25 years and 4 vehicles I've been going to John Senter. I recommended them to friends and neighbors without reservation.

They are locally owned with a very professional and personable staff. They are very knowledgeable. They have been here for 46 years.

I had to bring the car back twice. The problem could have been a defective oil pan.

I am satisfied with this company. They are reasonably priced and very efficient. I would recommend them to others.
