 + -1 moreJoel came later than the time we had agreed on the first day, but he called me in plenty of time to let me know that he was running late. The second day, he was right on time. He came in, did the job, and cleaned up everything very well. The bathroom was finished in one day and a couple of hours the second day. He had estimated two days, so it was done within that time frame. He had also thought it would cost $500 to do the work, but when he actually saw the bathroom he changed it to $450 which was a nice surprise. When he did our family room last year I believe he did it in 3 days, and it was exactly what he had estimated time wise, and money wise to us. Joel is professional, but friendly, and I definitely recommend him. He is a hard worker and only took off a short time for lunch the first day.
Description of Work: Joel drywalled our new bathroom and did a wonderful job. We had used him last year to drywall our new family room and he did such a fabulous job that we definitely wanted him to do our bathroom. We have built 5 homes but Joel is the best drywaller we have ever used. This is not a new home, we are finishing part of the basement.
