 + -1 moreI've been very disappointed with their service. So far, they've broken two glass doors at our home - one of which was almost 2 months ago and the other of which was almost 1 month ago now - neither of which have been fixed yet. Each time we speak with them about it, they give us some excuse for why they haven't fixed the doors yet and tell us it will be "a couple" of days until they will be fixed. We usually don't hear back from them until we call them again to find out what's taking so long. They claim this has never happened in the 10 years they've been in business, but I think it strange that it's happened twice at our house this summer.
