He took all my copper without asking me for it. He kept telling me how cheap and yet everyday he came and worked on the project he was usually sitting, talking, and not working at all. It averaged out to him charging me about $170 an hours and he made it evident he was taking as much time as possible. During the project, I tried to do small parts of the project myself but he insisted that he do the work as a courtesy. I only found out later that he was charging even more for the petty tasks I could do myself. He still is asking for $250 more and is stating that is with a customer appreciation discount. I feel that he is grossy over charging and I feel that I have paid him more than enough for the little amount of work that he did. I have been saving or this project for several years and am very upset I finally had a chance to do it but was taken advantage of.
