It went very smoothly.  Jim was easy to work with and did everything as promised.  He was always punctual and provided excellent customer service.  We are very pleased.

He was good. Everyone told us it was going to be $1,000 to take down a 60 foot blue spruce pine tree and he did it for $350. They did a great job and hauled it all off. The guy that worked here knew the house and his buddy lived here in high school. He thought that it was neat that he was working at this house. The guy really worked hard and he brought a couple of guys with him. It took all day but they had a lot of work and they brought enough guys. It was a real good experience. We would certainly use him in the future.

We had several bids on our job and decided to go with Jim's. He was very prompt, both for the bid appointment as well as the day he was to begin the job. His wife was the one we went through to schedule the appointment, and she was easy to communicate with by email, and was good at providing details about the work to be done. We were VERY satisfied with the work. The landscaping crew (headed up by Jim's son, James) were hard and steady workers, and they were all very cooperative in dealing with any concerns we had. We have not yet settled up with Jim, but we certainly would not hesitiate to call him in the future if we had need for his services. We highyly recommend him and his crew.

We've used them for years. Originally Jims was a subcontractor when we had major landscaping done and they actually put in all the plants. The landscaping was guaranteed for a year or two and some of the plants didn't make it so they came out and replaced those. Since then when we've had plants to put in or mulch to be spread, we call them. We like them very much. Jim is great and the rest of the crew is okay. We will definitely call them again the next time we need something. We haven't compared their pricing. They are always on time. We are more comfortable when Jim is here with the crew.

From start to finish this project went extremely well.

Jim and his wife, who works in the office, are very friendly, accessible and they communicate well. Their price seems pretty reasonable to me. I am going to give them a B for quality because some of the mulch that they put down had a lot of stuff in it that shouldn't have been there. I would use them in the future.
