We have a difficult tenant in a rental property on the south-side and planning a move to the north east side of the city. We decided to contact JGM to manage the property for us. Amber returned our phone call within 2 hours and emailed a contract for us to read. Very responsive, respectful and professional. We signed the contract and she went to work. Our tenant made the transition for her very difficult...and remains difficult. But, she has handled every situation with amazing finesse. We are so pleased that we found her on Angie's list.

She was excellent in making sure our home was cared for and damage free, very responsive to issues not only for the tenants but for ourselves as owners. Very great person to talk to if you need anything done. Has great contacts to do repairs timely and cost effectively. Direct deposit of rent and all services to review potential tenants managed for us. Felt very comfortable with our home in her hands. Would have her manage our property again in a heartbeat.

They're great! I live an hour away from my rental property but with JGM Properties I don't have to worry about a thing. They take care of everything and always keep me up to date. I am very pleased with their honest and professional business practices.
