Only the roof was marginally done well, but Jackson homes promised to fix it all. My wife had to be the GC getting them to do anything, they took months, and then when we could not get the work completed, after over 6 months, we fired them, and then they sent a bill above the contract on work they did not do, or completed poorly and looking at the invoice they overcharged or replaced with lower quality then we had but charged us and USAA for the replacement original. We had to get new estimates and start from scratch on the majority of the damage due to their poor work, inadequacies and out right lies. Stay away,

"We provided you services to include you roof replacement (Which passed inspection through the building department), gutter replacement, Upgraded Garage doors (Which you added), Deck refinishing, Window replacement, Along with other misc items. We fully GC the job from beginning to end and have been requesting our final payment per our contract. This has been a deliberate attempt to avoid paying Jackson Homes for our services. We have reached out to you several times through emails and voicemails to address and concerns you may have. You have not responded to any of our request to meet. Hiring a contractor and trying to rip them off is wrong. You have continued to Slander us because you do not want to pay your bill. Not acceptable!"

Jackson homes has replaced my roof twice in two years due to hail damage. They were professional, courteous, timely and fairly priced. During my first round of repairs they also replaced my siding and windows, I could not have been more pleased!

Jackson Homes recently took care of my home repairs from the hail storms this summer. They were extremely fast in getting work scheduled and did an excellent job on the repairs. They responded quickly to any issues that arose and all of the workers were polite and did nice work.
