He does the best work I've ever seen, and I've seen plenty of contractors.  He cleans up very well after himself, charges a low hourly rate, and if he gets done early he wont charge you to round to the next hour, he charges you for what he actually did for work.  He is also courteous and, despite being very busy, always calls back.  Additionally, he offers to pick up parts if you dont already have them.

Jeff has been on time both times. Does quality professional work. Answers all questions. Does great clean up, very courteous. Had ideas for future repairs. Won't hesitate to call Jeff Klien for future work.

We called Jeff because of the reviews he received on Angie's List. He came the same day we called and gave us an estimate on replacing the six window sills in the LR and Dr. He gave us the option of purchasing the new hardwood for the sills or us picking up the wood ourselves. We chose to go to the store he recommended and purchasing the wood, stain and urethane. We pre-stained the wood (as Jeff suggested we could) to save some of the cost and work. Jeff's next available work day was 5 weeks out, which was not unreasonable. He came promptly at the time and date he scheduled for us. The work took the amount of time he said it would take (which was 6-7 hours). Jeff set up his work station in our garage as he was here on a very cold, snowy day. He completely cleaned up the garage after his work and cleaned up the work area in our LR and DR. He took complete care of our home with the appropriate drop cloths, etc. He did some minor repair on the dry wall where the old sills were removed and had to shim and fix an air leak in one of the windows in the LR. We are thrilled with our new window sills. My husband stained the cut edges and applied a urethane and they are beautiful. We will definitely hire Jeff again to help with any future needs we may have for woodworking or other household repair or renovation. Jeff will be our first call. He was an absolute pleasure to work with.

Jeff is an exceptional handyman, has every tool known to man, and has a big van in case supplies need to be bought and transported.

Jeff was great. He arrived on time--and went right to work on the bathroom leak.
After repairing that, he proceeded to assemble a wardrobe cabinet I had purchased, in about an hour. It has two drawers, two shelves, and a outside door with a full length mirror. I could never have done it!
Jeff is very friendly, and professional. Once he started working he didn't stop until everyting was done.
