Everything went great! Justin is a pleasure to work with. He is so patient and listens to what you want. Justin provides his expertise with your ideas and the outcome is awesome. This is my first time adding wrought iron to the interior of my home, selecting the color, final design and details. There is so much to choose from and Justin was a great help with narrowing down the selections and providing his honest opinion.
I changed my mind a couple of times and Justin was very patient and considerate working with me. I could tell he really listened to what I wanted. Justin came to my home when it was convenient for me and allowed me to take all the time I needed. We communicated by email with Justin sending design drawings. I let him know what I liked and want I would like changed. Justin had color samples and samples of end curves, baskets in spindles, etc. He let me keep the samples for as long as I needed.
When the day came to see and install my "creation," I was amazed. It looked even better than I had envisioned. Justin had done very careful measurements, and it was obvious when the railings fit right in. Justin was extremely particular about the small details. It was important that he was happy with the workmanship, install, and overall outcome as it was for me. Justin was quick to adjust any tiny thing I asked for.
