  1. The worst experience!!  If for some reason you decide to hire them, do not give them the full amount up front -- the only reason the work was ever completed - however poorly - on my property was because I held money back.

The roof failed the first inspection.

They would NOT call prior to coming out.  They would even show up on a Sunday morning.  They would not show up after scheduled appointments.

The work was shoddy.  They damaged the house SEVERAL times.  The first time was when they were removing the roof and gutters.  They destroyed a lot of the siding and soffit.  They fixed it imporoperly and I had to battle to have someone else fix that.
The window people destroyed the siding around the window and were going to leave it.  Again, I had to fight to get that repaired.

The gutters were not properly installed and it took months to get that fixed -- and the one still does not work properly.  They left a broken down trailer full of roofing materials in my driveway, after the workers (who spoke no English) left for the day.  I had to call to have them remove that (it had a flat tire) -- it wasn't gone until around 9:00 p.m.

They would not return phone calls.  The first "project manager" was fired for being so bad to so many people.  The second "project manager" Eric was horribly immature and rude.  The only time he actually returned a phone call was AFTER I turned them in to the BBB, and then he called me at 7:00 in the morning (the BBB says they can't call until after 8:00) screaming like a pre-teen having a tantrum.

I signed an agreement to have one of their signs in my yard to get "paid" for doing that.  My neighbor also hired them -- because I did and could get some money for a referral.  He was also incredibly irritated and dissatisfied with their work.  He was just about to get his money back when they finally just showed up one day.  Again, without any notice.

I had to call to their main office and speak with their regional manager several times, and he was not any more professional than the people in Colorado Springs.  I can not believe they are accredited by the BBB.  Their work is shoddy and they wouldn't know how to behave professionally if their lives depended up it.

The initial meeting went well and he was early to our next meeting which was with the insurance adjuster. I attempted to e-mail him some questions a few days later, but the address on his business card was no good. I tried to look up the company locally, but there are different addresses and they don't correspond with their licenses. Their paperwork claims that they are a "proud member of Tom Horton's referralist.com," but they're not. I even tried finding them under their other name of Barlo, Inc. with no luck. The salesman has never called back or tried to contact me.
