Our furnace was not working when we woke up. It had just been serviced by another company this past week. We called them but they don't work on weekends. Interstate 25 has hours listed every day of the week. Ramsey, our technician, told us they have 24/7 service available. Ramsey called and asked if he could come a couple of hours earlier than scheduled, which was great for us. He quickly identified the problem and gave us options, including going back to the previous company to see if the (exact same) repair is under warranty. Since we expect low temperatures in single digits before Monday, we asked Ramsey to replace the (brand new) burned-out igniter. Ramsey was knowledgeable, polite and gave us advice about what to look for concerning our furnace. He was probably only at our house about 30 minutes. We think the price was more than fair. Our furnace is heating again and we're very happy with the service we received from Interstate 25. Although we have used the other company for furnace maintenance and repair for years, we will likely switch to Interstate 25.

Ramsey was very professional and knowledgeable. He came over late at night (9:30ish) and had our furnace working within a half hour. He took the time to explain the issues and what he was doing to fix it. After payment was over he also took the time to show how our humidifier worked (which we didn’t even know we had) and informed us what to do in the near future since our furnace is 17 years old. Overall he was very personal and did a fabulous job! Will hire again!

By the weekend, he made the unit replaced. They were very professional, friendly, very knowledgeable. They cleaned up after themselves, they were outstanding. I would recommend them to other and will be using them again.
